    Our Wholesale Made-To-Order service for ready designs provides an efficient and cost-effective solution for bulk production. Here's how the workflow operates:
    • Choose Designs; Select from our ready-made designs available for wholesale production.
    • Made To Order Production
    Minimum order quantity: 50 pieces in total  (5 pieces for each styles and colors, size can be mixed).
    • Custom Production. We manufacture the selected designs in your desired sizes and color variations.
    • Quality Assurance. Each item undergoes strict quality checks before delivery.
    • The estimated production time for Wholesale Made-To-Order (Ready Design) orders is approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the order volume, design complexity, and current production queue. This timeline includes material preparation, manufacturing, quality checks, and final packaging. For larger orders or special customizations, the production time may vary slightly. We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure timely delivery.
    • Delivery. Finished products are shipped or picked up as per your preference.
    • Price Estimate. For orders exceeding 1000 pieces, you’ll enjoy an exclusive wholesale price approximately 40% less than the retail price, allowing you to maximize your profit margins while receiving premium quality products.

     

     

    4. Made To Order Production (Custom Design)

    Rajut Asa Studio offers Wholesale Custom Order services for custom designs. The production workflow and price estimation will be determined after we calculate the production cost. For custom designs based on images or sketches, the production cost is separate from the cost of sampling and design development. However, if the client provides a physical sample of the design, we can develop it with minor adjustments to fit their specific needs. With attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, we ensure that every pattern and sample meets your exact requirements.
    Rajut Asa Studio provides professional custom pattern and sample-making services, designed to help bring your creative ideas to life. Whether you’re developing a new collection or refining an existing design, our expert team ensures precise patterns and high-quality samples that meet your exact specifications.

    Workflow:

    • Design Submission. Share your design concept through sketches, reference images, or a physical sample.
    • Consultation. Our team reviews your design, discusses material options, and finalizes the technical details.
    • Pattern Development. We create a custom pattern tailored to your design, ensuring fit, proportion, and functionality.
    • Sample Production. A sample is crafted using the finalized pattern and selected materials, showcasing the design in its intended form.
    • Review & Adjustments. The sample is reviewed for quality and design accuracy. Any adjustments or refinements are made as needed.
    • Revisions. Up to two weeks of complimentary revisions are included to refine the design and fit. If revisions exceed the two-week limit, additional work fees will apply based on the complexity of the changes.
    • Approval. Once the sample meets your approval, it’s ready for production or further development.
