All our products are crafted in Bali and Pasuruan, Indonesia, by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and sustainable materials sourced from Indonesian plants.

3. Do you offer custom designs or made-to-order products?

Yes, we provide both Made-to-Order (Ready Designs) and Wholesale Custom Design services.
  • Ready Designs: Customize production from our existing collection with minimum order requirements.
  • Custom Design: Share your sketches or physical samples, and we’ll create products tailored to your vision.

 

4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases?

  • Ready-Stock Purchases: A minimum order of 10 pieces (styles can be mixed).
  • Made-to-Order (Ready Designs): A minimum total order of 50 pieces, with at least 5 pieces per style and color (sizes can be mixed).
  • Custom Design Orders: MOQ will be determined during the consultation process based on the complexity of the design and materials required.

 

5. How do I place a wholesale order? You can place your wholesale order by:

  • Visiting our offline store or warehouse.
  • Contacting our team directly for online purchases or to discuss custom design options.

 

6. What is the production timeline for made-to-order purchases?

The estimated production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on order volume, design complexity, and the current production schedule. For larger orders or special customizations, the timeline may vary slightly. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

 

7. What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled before the items are shipped or collected.

 

8. Can I order custom designs?

Yes, we offer custom design services through our Wholesale Custom Order option. You can provide sketches, inspirations, or physical samples for development. Production costs will be calculated after the design is finalized.

 

9. What are your shipping options?

10. Are samples available before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we offer sample creation services for custom designs. Samples are priced at $30–$90 per design, depending on the complexity. For ready-stock items, you may purchase individual pieces at retail prices before committing to a wholesale order.

11. What materials are used in your products?

Our products are crafted using natural fibers, such as cotton, ramie and pineapple, sourced from Indonesia. We also use eco-friendly dyes and wash all products with eco enzymes to ensure they are safe for the skin and the environment.

12. Do you offer support for branding or private labeling?

Yes, we can discuss branding or private labeling services for wholesale buyers. Please contact us directly to explore the available options.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through bank transfer, transfer wise, credit cards, and other available digital payment methods. For wholesale orders, a deposit may be required to confirm your order.

14. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
